A closing unit of a bottle contains a neck of bottle with a crown located in its upper part, which external and internal surfaces are formed by a solid of revolution with common axis, a through cylindrical holder installed on the neck of bottle, which lower part is made with possibility of tight coaxial installation on the neck of bottle, a cylindrical sliding dispensing unit with a through internal passage channel, a rotary element coaxially installed on the holder with limitation of its axial displacement and possibility of rotation around the longitudinal axis and directly contacting with each supporting protrusion of said dispensing unit. The dispensing unit is coaxially installed in the cavity of holder with possibility of vertical displacement during rotation of said rotary element. The upper part of the holder has at least one through cut of external side wall. The internal side of rotary element contains at least one stop lug. On the side of the crown of the neck of bottle at least one stop lug is made. On the internal cylindrical surface of the lower part of the holder at least two stop lugs are located.
