The declared technical solution belongs to the designs of door lock devices, which have a special additional function, and is a design solution for an electromechanical door handle unit with automatic sterilization, which is designed to be installed on halved latches or mortise locks with an oblique bolt and a rotating rod for the handle. The task of the proposed technical solution is to create a new design of the door handle block with automatic sterilization by ultraviolet irradiation, which ensures the minimization of the overall dimensions of the device in the presence of appropriate protection of consumers from ultraviolet radiation and the presence of protection of mechanisms from damage due to the application of external forces to open moving parts. The task is solved due to the fact that the door handle block with automatic sterilization, which has a protective case with a side hole, a mechanism for extending and retracting the lever of the handle through the indicated hole is located in this case, and a unit for sterilization by ultraviolet irradiation is located in this case and the electronic control unit, according to the claimed solution, in particular, as a mechanism for extending and retracting the handle lever through the indicated opening of the housing, has a handle lever rotation unit and additionally contains a lock locking unit located in the above-mentioned housing. At the same time, the unit of rotation of the levers of the handles includes a retaining rotating sleeve, on the basis of which the mechanism of rotation of the front lever of the handle and the mechanism of rotation of the rear lever of the handle are formed. And the elements of these mechanisms, which directly rotate around the retaining rotating sleeve, are located symmetrically in parallel planes that are perpendicular to the axis of symmetry of the retaining rotating sleeve.
