The invention relates to the closing means for containers with liquid, which are intended for dispensing liquid from the containers, namely to the closing devices with sliding dispensing part, which ensure external indication of their opening and prevent additional filling of liquid into the container after opening. The disclosed solution can be used, in particular, in food industry for the means of closing of bottles intended for alcoholic beverages. Increase of the reliability of closing device with sliding dispensing unit and indication of opening due to change of design and connection of its elements is the object of invention. The posed problem is solved thanks to a closing device for a bottle, which has a means of guarantee of possibility of blocking a passage channel at direction of fluid flow to the side of the cavity of bottle, has a through cylindrical holder, a cylindrical shielding housing in the form of a cap with that located from above by the end wall coaxially installed on the holder with possibility of rotation, which has a section, which is outlined by a line of decrease of the thickness of the wall with guarantee of possibility of destruction of the wall along the line as a result of application of physical load, it has a cylindrical sliding dispensing unit coaxially installed in the cavity of bearing sleeve, which external side contains at least one supporting protrusion, in accordance with the invention, in the upper part of the dispensing unit a removable cover is installed, and the upper part of the bearing sleeve has at least one cut of external side wall, which forms at least one inclined guiding edge, the upper part of the internal side of shielding housing contains at least one lip, and the external side of the holder has at least one lip, in this case said lip and guiding edge of the holder, the supporting protrusion of dispensing unit and the lip of shielding housing are made with guarantee of possibility of translation-rotational motion of the dispensing unit in one direction with separation of above-mentioned section of the end wall of the shielding housing as a result of ejection and advancement outside the dispensing unit with above-mentioned removable cover during rotation of shielding housing due to radial pressure of the lip of shielding housing on supporting protrusion of dispensing unit and slip of supporting protrusion of dispensing unit along inclined guiding edge of the holder.
