Evacuation bus contains a body divided into a passenger compartment and a driver's compartment, where the passenger compartment is bounded by two opposite side walls, a rear end wall, a floor and a ceiling and has a central longitudinal passage, a doorway with a door installed therein for access to the body compartment in the middle part of its side wall, means for accommodating passengers in the form of lying down places and seats installed in the body interior, where the lying down places contain at least one rotary platform for supporting stretchers, which is made with the possibility of transforming into a position for loading stretchers and into a position for transporting stretchers, and contain a means for fixing the rotary platform in the position for transporting stretchers. The lying down places further comprises at least one stationary platform for supporting stretchers, wherein each rotary platform for supporting stretchers and each stationary platform for supporting stretchers is equipped with a means for fixing stretchers. Wherein, the body interior comprises an area free of passenger seating arrangements, which is located opposite the door and is generally rectangular in shape, said area having a width of at least the width of the door, extending from the door to the opposite side wall of the body and connected to a longitudinal aisle, and each stationary platform for supporting stretchers and each rotary platform in the position for transporting stretchers is positioned on one side of the longitudinal aisle, oriented along it and adjacent to said section, and the means for fixing the rotary platform in the position for transporting stretchers comprises a fixing element and a locking element, one of which is mounted on the side wall of the body interior and the other on the side of the rotary platform, said elements being made to form a locking connection with each other in the position for transporting stretchers.
