A method of connecting external users with subscribers of electronic control system for informing about the property objects by the automated switching through the communication channels by means of electronic control system which is a hardware-software complex based on electronic computing device configured to connect to the Internet networks, mobile and fixed communication lines, with realization of possibility of communication by telephone numbers, addresses of network systems of instant messaging and addresses of online accounts, use of interactive voice response IVR system and implementation of the new algorithm of indirect subscriber connection. At that the phone numbers, addresses of sharing network systems with instant messaging, addresses of network accounts and other personal data of subscribers apply only to the possibility of communicating electronic control system with outside callers and subscribers of the system and are not transferred to these customers to ensure privacy between users.
