The upper part of the jacket contains opening with unloading branch pipe, and lower part contains the loading hole, furthermore, between the straight sections of the belt, in parallel with its surface, guides for the belt are mounted, and bearing housings of the axis of tension drum are mounted in the guides with ability of displacement in the direction from the axis of drive pulley and to it, moreover, the cylindrical surface of tension drum is latticed.
