Those who are not recorded in the National Register of Intellectual Property Representatives (Patent Attorneys) are prohibited from calling themselves "Patent Attorneys."

Full comprehensive protection and representation of Intellectual Property Rights subjects is impossible without the participation of an Attorney-at-Law, and it would be incomplete without the participation of a Patent Attorney.
