  • The existence of a trademark ensures that financial expenses and labor of workers, aimed at promoting a certain good or service, are not wasted. Therefore, it makes sense to register a trademark, and to register that trademark when first starting the business, in order to avoid the risks that the same or similar mark will be registered by other person(s).
