Do I need to have a Utility Model/Prototype of my Patent?
Inventions may also be protected as Utility Models in Ukraine, which are subject to formal examination only. The objects of Utility Models to which the legal protection is granted are devices and processes only. Maximum protection period of a utility model in Ukraine is ten years from the date of filing.
