The method of automated evaluation of tender proposals belongs to the processes of data conversion using specialized electronic systems based on electronic computing machines in the implementation of procurement procedures and can be used in the procurement of goods, works and services, including in the procurement of public funds. In the method, using an input device, a list of tender evaluation criteria is determined in accordance with the subject of the auction and the weighting factors of the specified criteria in an electronic calculator, and the evaluation of tender proposals is carried out according to the specified criteria by assigning to each offer a corresponding rating, established with the help of an electronic calculator according to quantitative and qualitative indicators of the specified criteria. After that, with the help of an electronic calculator, the ratings of all evaluated proposals are compared with the assignment of a serial number to each proposal as the numerical value of its rating decreases. The object of the claimed invention is to improve the efficiency of the method of automated evaluation of tender offers by increasing the automation and optimization of the technology algorithm for determining the ratings of tender offers.
